At Jinny Beauty Supply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items in their original, unopened condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request for the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all seals are intact, and include a printed copy of your RMA confirmation inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
